Why we’re so into brand pride
We’re branding experts, which means we’re always looking for ways to give our clients a competitive advantage. One of the best ways to do that? Brand pride. Here are three reasons why.
It’s the deepest level of emotional engagement a person can have with your brand.
It’s the ultimate motivator and business advantage.
It’s proven to unite employees, drive performance, create loyalty, and increase sales.

what happened to khj?
They’re us. We’re them. In 2023, KHJ Brand Activation (formerly Kelley Habib John) became Ten Feet Tall. Why? We wanted our brand to reflect the things we’ve learned, embodied, and come to believe after a few decades in the business.
Founded in 1986 by Judy Habib, Greg John, and Paul Kelley, KHJ has always excelled at bringing brands to life, both externally and internally, at every touch point, with every audience. Though our location—and hairstyles—have changed throughout the years, from our humble beginnings in Charlestown to the ever-evolving Seaport District to our current location on Broad Street, we’ve remained true to our independent spirit and thoughtful approach to branding.
Today, under the leadership of longtime KHJ employees Sylvie Askins, Adam Cramer, and Mike Panagako, Ten Feet Tall builds on this legacy, adding stories to our great height.
