Here for a better transplant testing campaign
Quest Diagnostics wasn’t known for transplant testing. So when the organization enhanced its test offering with white-glove service and a new name—Quest Advanced Transplant Services—the marketing team turned to us to help them stand out against a well-established competitor.
We developed strategic messaging that positioned Quest Advanced Transplant Services as a superior end-to-end experience for patients, clinicians, and administrators, then translated this message into a creative campaign. “Here for you” humanized the testing experience, referring to both Quest’s depth and breadth—the convenience of its Patient Service Centers—and to the elevated level of customer service health systems and transplant centers will now receive.
We brought the campaign to life through thought leadership offers, digital assets, sales collateral, and videos. The seven-month campaign was a rousing success, driving 1.9 million impressions and generating more than 400 B2B leads.
